WeLOOP is an expert consultancy firm based in Hauts-de-France, specialising in evaluating, understanding, and improving the environmental, social, and economic performance of products, services, and processes. WeLOOP supports stakeholders in defining their strategy, developing their initiatives, and implementing life cycle management and circular economy practices within their organisation.
WeLOOP has a team of 18 employees. The company is growing and developing rapidly. Apprentices are an integral part of the organisation, and their ideas and opinions are welcomed and considered during discussions. The company's flexibility and its focus on initiatives enable added value to be brought to proposals.
Management is currently seeking an organised and committed individual to assist with the day-to-day management, ensuring the smooth operation of the organisation.
Most communications within the company are conducted in English, as WeLOOP works with international clients and partners through a cosmopolitan team.
Apprenticeship Offer Description
Start date: September 2024
Duration: 1 or 2 years
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3/+4) in management, business, or human resources.
Location: Lambersart, France
Salary: Based on age (apprenticeship contract)

Proposed tasks
You will be expected to :
- Ensure the monitoring, filing, and archiving of documents.
- Assist with human resources management.
- Assist in preparing accounting documents.
- Create and track quotes and invoices.
- Monitor and follow up with employees on their administrative procedures.
- Assist with the organisation of the MCV2024 conference hosted by WeLOOP in Lille in November 2024 (promotion and logistics).
Required skills :
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong organisational skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and attention to detail

- Interest and general knowledge in environment and sustainable development are a plus.
