How do we proceed with the verification of your FDES ?

We define the scope of the environmental declaration, identify the applicable Product Category Rules (PCRs), review the relevant program rules and guidelines, assess the eligibility of the declaration, and plan the assignment (timelines, milestones, and deliverables).

We collect the environmental declaration and the LCA report, as well as all associated supporting documentation (inventory data, assumptions, scenarios, specific or generic data, etc.), in order to assess the completeness, consistency, and quality of the dossier.

Methodological analysis
The LCA methodology is reviewed to ensure compliance with applicable standards and Product Category Rules (PCRs), the consistency of assumptions, the relevance of methodological choices, and the traceability of data, thereby ensuring reliable and reproducible results.

Overall consistency analysis
We assess the consistency between the environmental declaration and the LCA report, analyze the results obtained, and identify any inconsistencies, discrepancies, or structural anomalies.

Technical exchanges with the engineering consultancy
Identified gaps and requests for clarification are communicated to the study manager. Assumptions are clarified and corrections are integrated through an iterative process until compliance with the applicable requirements is achieved.

The revised environmental declaration undergoes a final review to verify that all comments have been addressed and to determine its compliance.
