Assess your maturity in relation to CSR challenges
In light of the urgent need for transition, the value chain maturity assessment helps to structure a collective dynamic within the industry. Far more than a diagnostic exercise, it provides a comprehensive methodology ranging from benchmarking to an action plan, enabling a global vision to be translated into concrete, operational pathways.
At WeLOOP, we mobilise the ecosystem of stakeholders by combining scientific expertise and on-the-ground realities in order to turn commitments into measurable outcomes.

What is a sector maturity study?
A sector maturity study consists in assessing the level of performance and structuring of a set of stakeholders (companies, institutions, ecosystems) in relation to specific issues, particularly environmental and energy-related ones.

Focus on our recent projectss

Batteries – BATTERS project
The BATTERS project structures environmental decision-making at the battery value chain level. A benchmark and analysis of practices were carried out to identify the sector’s key challenges. Decision-support tools integrating environmental data were developed to guide industrial choices toward optimized solutions and support the implementation of circularity strategies.

Teaching – A2U (UPJV, ULCO, University of Artois)
The A2U project assesses the environmental maturity of higher education institutions. A co-designed questionnaire was developed and practices were analyzed to identify needs. Training actions on life cycle assessment were implemented to strengthen team skills.

Healthcare – PEPS Hauts-de-France project
The PEPS project structures an approach to assessing the environmental and energy maturity of SMEs and mid-sized companies in the healthcare sector. A hybrid assessment tool was developed and simplified life cycle assessments were carried out to identify action levers. This work made it possible to define a sectoral action plan.
