How do we proceed with the verification of your FDES ?

Definition of the scope (individual, collective EPD or configurator) and identification of applicable standards and reference frameworks (EN 15804+A2, NF EN 15804/CN, INIES rules). Assessment of EPD eligibility and planning of the assignment (timelines, deliverables, and exchanges).

Receipt of the EPD and LCA report, including all data and assumptions, as well as supporting evidence (secondary materials, green electricity, end-of-life scenarios, etc.). Verification of the completeness of the dossier.

Revue de la méthodologie ACV, conformité aux règles de calcul (modules, allocations, critères de coupure), cohérence des hypothèses et traçabilité des données. Contrôle de la cohérence globale entre FDES et rapport ACV, détection d’anomalies.

Transmission des écarts ou questions au bureau d’étude, clarification des hypothèses et méthodologies, réception des corrections et itérations si nécessaire. ( 3 itérations incluses dans le devis )

Verification that all comments have been addressed, final review of the corrected EPD, and confirmation of compliance with INIES publication requirements. Decision on compliance or non-compliance.

Drafting of the verification statement and independent verification report, including scope description, compliance conclusion, and verifier’s signature. Delivery of final documents and archiving.
